Gel surface applying.



New gel and surface applying:

Cholesterol and oil gel is applied to the glass surface.

Note: The oil contains carrot extract.


  • Cooking oil, spread on the glass plate was not successful.
  • The oil dispersion was reduced by the action of water.


Note: The gel contains cholesterol crystals shaped needles.


  • Gel: Spread on the glass surface is successful.
  • Gel dispersion less reduced by the effect of water.





  1. Some research indicates cholesterol may act as an antioxidant (*).
  2. Cholesterol are nontoxic and there are many cosmetics that contain cholesterol.
